Flyer - Flex went out through the cover and over the terrace and into the corn stubble. He hunted deep left but quickly adjusted to come in to the right and get his bird.
Short Retired - Going up through the gap, Flex went deep and to the right getting into the trees on the right. He came back across the gap to the trees on the left to work a short distance back into the pheasant.
Middle Retired - Great line across the strips of cover to pin this bird!
Long Retired - Getting down the hill, Flex angled right up and over the terrace to skim the middle retired holding blind. Getting wide and deep into the far corn field he had to be handled out of the corn to the tree line. He continued to work with him as he wanted to keep going deep. There were problems with the handling, Flex was not wanting to respond, taking an extreme amount of time but Alan kept after and finally got Flex to his bird.
