Flyer - Straight to the bird.

Middle Retired - Cheyenne crossed the road and angled into the pond on a nice line moving a little more to the left towards the bird. She came into the fall area just right of the fall. She turned right 2 or 3 times and worked her way to the bird.

Left Retired - She crossed the road and angled entry the pond on a good line towards the bird. A nice line but then veered left at the end, putting her behind the mound and right of the bird. She worked it out and got it.

Sort Retired - Angled into the bird - right on it!

Long Retired - All the way to the area of the fall, Cheyenne broke left at the trees but corrected to get her bird.

Blind – She went through the hay bale slot and to the water, excellent initial line, 3 whistles to adjust line in the first pool, 3 whistles off the point, an adjustment in the pool for a nice watery ending to the blind.

Flyer – Nice line to her bird!

Middle Retired – Went out just left of the blind, worked his way back right to the blind, then to the cover with the bird, but missed…back into to the cover and got her bird.

Left Retired – Out just right of cover with the bird, made a right deep of the fall, hunted her way back to the bird.

Right Retired – Straight line half way down the field, then veered right, straightened out, went to the trees by the blind, hunted right of the blind before moving left to get her bird.

Cheyenne and Tim got to the line at 8:23 am.

Flyer - Cheyenne hunted deep and had a lengthy hunt before she got her bird.

Middle - Very good line out and straight to her bird.

Left - Great line angled straight to the blind in the trees. She went out to the fall area and missed the bird, then hunted deep but then worked it out and got her bird.

Came to the line at 9:08 am.

Water - One quick whistle before the road. The second came to get Cheyenne to cross it and enter the water. A third whistle in the water before the point and this carried her to the levee. Two quick whistles at the end to adjust and pick up the bird.

Land - First whistle past the first bale and second between the second and third hay bale for the line. Fourth whistle came to stop her just right of the bird  and a check down at the bird.

"Cheyenne" with handler Tim Milligan came to the line to run their first test of the 2018 National Retriever Club Championship at 10:08 am.

Flyer - Cheyenne went through the corn and into the stubble. Taking several passes just deep of the bird, she turned and worked her way back to it.

Long - Great line to get under the arc but deep. Making two loops she worked her way back to the bird.
