Came to the line at 12:30 pm.

Flyer - Driver got out to the area and then got very wide right in back of the guns. He continued to hunt deep and right, then went deep and left. Driver got very deep but then worked his way back to the guns and along the line of cover and got his bird.

Left Retired - He went out to the bales, looped around them, then went into the cover for his bird.

Middle Retired - Straight out to the cover area he hunted through it and came out deep. Back into the cover, he missed the bird again and got way deep. He then worked his way back towards the guns but then got out deep left again. He had to be handled to bring him back to the area of the bird.

Right Retired - Got This Bird - Great Mark.

Driver and Wayne came to the line at 11:18 am.

Flyer - Driver has a tight hunt but comes up with the bird.

Middle - Going out along the dam and up the backside of the gunners, Driver makes the turn to come in on his bird.

Left - Past the bales and through the pond, he comes out at the base of the trees. He turns right and begins a hunt pattern that will bring him to his bird.

Driver came to the line at 12:57 pm.

Water - Initial line stopped by the road. Driver took two whistles to cross to the other side by the pond. One more to get in the water and tow to change direction to the bird.

Land - First whistle at the second bale and two at the third hay bale. The final whistle to get the bird.

"Driver" with handler Wayne Curtis came to the line to run their first test of the 2018 National Retriever Club Championship at 1:34 pm.

Flyer - Driver went out across the cut corn field, Excellent Line to get his bird.

Long - He went through the cover and the puddle, continued down tree line and back to the fall area and to his bird.
