Callbacks To The Fourth Series

83 dogs have been called back to the Fourth Series: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 66, 69, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 84, 86, 87, 90, 91, 92, 93, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 and 106.

17 dogs have been dropped: 4, 16, 18, 21, 28, 38, 43, 44, 54, 57, 58, 67, 68, 70, 85, 88 and 89. One dog was withdrawn: #1. (For a total loss of 18 competitors in this series.)

The Fourth Series will be a Water Triple at the Siren Field. There will be no Caravan, but it will be signed. Test Dogs at 6:30 am and the first 3 running dogs are to be in the holding blinds at the running of the test dogs. The starting dog number will be #7 according to the rotation.

Get a good night's rest ... we are expecting a cold and rainy day tomorrow ... dress accordingly!

ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT: The food truck will not be on the grounds if there is rain ... please come prepared!!

In The Books - Series Two & Three - Review

The Second and Third Series is officially in the books at 4:29 pm.

It took a bit longer to run 101 dogs through this Land Blind and Water Blind. Taking about 8.5 hours we finish this series with only one pick up being dog #57.

It seems like the judges will have a lot to discuss on this series.

Here is a quick look at tomorrows weather. Rain is predicted.

We will be posting the Callbacks as soon as we get them!

 

85. FC GIRL ON FIRE, "Katniss" LF, Tim Milligan

Katniss came to the line at 4:25 pm.

Water - Very nice initial line. One whistle into the water but multiple whistles to move her away from the right shore and into the water. Getting back out on the road and finally a whistle to move down the dam for her bird.

Land - First whistle just before the second bale and three more by the third bale to complete the blind.

84. FC LANE'S KREWE CHIEF, "Chief" LM, Mark Smith

Chief came to the line at 4:19 pm.

Water - Three whistles to the water and two more in the water that carried him past the point and through the lunging water to the finish spot where he picked up his bird.

Land - Three whistles to get his bird.

82. FC-AFC MUDSLINGER'S AMAZING VISION, "T Bone" LM, Clint Avant

T Bone came to the line at 4:15 pm.

Water - Four whistles to get T Bone in the water. Charging through the lunging water and past the point, he swims on towards the far shore. Taking a whistle to adjust his exit and he has the duck.

Land - Two whistles to establish his line and about midway. This carries T Bone to the bird.

81. FC-AFC DOTTIE RAY'S LEAGUE OF HER OWN, "Dottie" LF, Andy Kahn

Dottie came to the line at 4:10 pm.

Water - Four whistles in the water and three more to get to the point. Another cast and she is swimming on her way to her bird on the shore.

Land - One whistle by the tree and another by the first hay bale then the next near the last bale to put her on her bird.

80. FC LITTLE CREEK'S AUGUST MOONSHINE, "Gus" LM, Dave Smith

2nd & 3rd Series - Water / Land Blind

Water - Four whistles to get into the water. Digging through the lunging water he gets to the far shore with three more whistles for his bird.

Land - One whistle by the first bale. Another just before the last bale sets Gus on the right path to his bird.

79. FC-AFC SILVER STAR'S WATCH'EM LIKE A HAWK, "Hawk" LM, Ray Voigt

2nd & 3rd Series - Water / Land Blind

Water - Three whistles to the water. Hawk was in the lunging water but still responded to a whistle near the point. Another one puts him on the shore to pick up his bird.

Land - One whistle by the second bale and another near the third bale and he has his bird.

78. FC-AFC COOL FUEL MH, "Nitro" LM, Rich Pingatore

2nd & 3rd Series - Land / Water Blind

Water - Multiple whistles to get the waters edge. Six more to the far shore and to get his bird.

Land - Two whistles by the tree, two more by the second hay bale. Another whistle near the last bale to put Nitro on the bird.

77. FC-AFC KERRYBURKE'S MARSH MADNESS MH, "Maddie" LF, Misty Melo

Maddie came to the line at 3:51 pm.

Water - Four whistles to the water with three more to get across the pond and by the point to the far shore and her bird.

Land - Four whistles to get to the blind - Good Control

76. FC TIGER MTN'S PALE RIDER, "Ghost" LM, Mike Taylor

2nd & 3rd Series - Land / Water Blind

Water - One whistle to the water and three more and into the lunging water by the point.

Land - Four whistles to the blind with good control.

75. FC-AFC COLD BLACK JACK, "Jack" LM, Paul Sletten

2nd & 3rd Series - Water / Land Blind

Water - Six whistles to get to the water and multiple whistles to get through the lunging water and by the point.

Land - Two whistles by the second bale and another three to establish a final line to the blind.



74. FC SEASIDE'S GORGEOUS GEORGE, "Clooney" LM, Alan Pleasant

2nd & 3rd Series - Land / Water Blind

Water - Three whistles to the water, multiple more whistles in the water and through the lunging water but he got his bird.

Land - One whistle as he approached the third bale. Two more to put Clooney on the bird.

73. FC SWIFT RIVERS NO PROBLEMS MH, "Kenny" LM, Buck Shope

Kenny came to the line at 3:33 pm.

Water - First whistle and Kenny is in the water. Three more and into the lunging water but got past the point. With two more whistles he got his bird.

Land - Checked down with one whistle to the bird.

72. FC-AFC ROUGH CREEK'S LIBERTY BELL, "Bella" LF, Mark Medford

Bella came to the line at 3:27 pm.

Water - Five whistles to the water and five more through the water to the blind.

Land - One whistle by the first bale, three more by the last bale for a controlled line and to the bird.

70. NAFC-FC TEXAS TROUBADOR, "Tubb" LM, Martha Russell

Tubb came to the line at 3:20 pm.

Water - three whistles to the water's edge. Multiple more whistles as Tubb moved through the water and was encouraged to move right to arrive at the bird.

Land - One whistle by the trees and multiple more to establish the line and head back with his bird.

69. FC EH...WHAT'S UP DOC?, "Doc" LM, Dave Rorem

Came to the line at 3:15 pm.

Water - Five whistles to the waters edge. Multiple whistles to move him right and through the water to pick up his bird.

Land - Lined the blind!
