Blind -Kenn's initial line carried him past the brush, hill and the flat. Getting his first whistle from owner handler Buck Shope to put him through the slot. Two more came to get him on the line with an extra two more blows to put him into the cover. Ending with four whistles to put him on his bird.

FC SWIFT RIVERS NO PROBLEMS MH, "Kenny" LM, Buck Shope

Came to the line at 3:35 pm
Flyer - Very Good!
Middle Retired - Coming into the area very close to the gunners, Kenny shoots into the cover strip but can't find the bird. He checks out the next strip and comes back to pick up his bird.
Left Retired - No question on which strip holds this bird. He is out and back with the bird.
Right Retired - Started to hunt at a bale early but quickly went back to the correct area for the bird.

Kenny and Buck got to the line for their 4th Series.
Flyer - Kenny bound into the cover and made a couple of quick loops and came back with his bird.
Middle - Going up the hill, he came from behind the gunners and stepped on his bird.
Left - Making it through the early obstacles, he climbs the hill to land on the right side of the trees. he hunts deep and develops a loop that takes him to the left side of the trees and on to his bird.

Water - First whistle and Kenny is in the water. Three more and into the lunging water but got past the point. With two more whistles he got his bird.

"Kenny" with
handler Buck Shope came to the line to run their
first test of the 2018 National Retriever Club Championship at 7:53 am.
Flyer - Kenny went out through the corn and got a little deep. He made a quick turn and came back to his bird.
Long - He went through the cover a little right and to the end of the tree line. Making one loop he got his bird.
