"Babe" and Danny came to the line at 10:56 am

Blind – Good line through the slot, 3 whistles to get in the water, 7 whistles in the pool tyring to put her on point, splashed across the tip of the point, she casts back in to make sure she identified the point, a couple more whistles off and another across the pool for the water route to get her bird.

Blind - 2:32 pm - Babe's initial line brought him past the brush and down the hill out to the blind. She received her first whistle from handler Danny Farmer to carry her to the slot. Another one to get through the slot and four more to the bird.

"Babe" and Danny came to the line at 9:37 am

Flyer – Entered the field under the arc of a long flyer. She worked a tight hunt in the area and came back with her bird.

Middle Retired –  Going in tight to the gunners she puts up a quick hunt to locate the bird.

Left Retired – Out to the field, a couple passes in the strip of cover with the bird in it, she goes back in and gets it!

Right Retired – Running outside the bales she curves around as she nears the area of the fall. A few passes around the bales holding the retired guns and she moves over to another bale and got her bird.

Danny and Babe came to the line at 8:58 am.

Flyer - Expansive hunt then she got her bird.

Middle - Babe went through the bales and into the pond on an excellent line. She went out to the fall area taking one loop then to her bird.

Left - Great line across the fall area, she missed the bird and went straight into the cover. Going down the field she got out to get her bird.

Came to the line at 9:39 am.

Water - First whistle to cross the road and the second on the road. A third whistle to get Babe in the pond. Fourth series of whistles to stay off point, fifth and sixth came in the water. The final whistle came to check down at the end.

Land - Initial line carried to the third bale. Second whistle right of the bird and the last whistle at the bird.

"Babe" with handler Danny Farmer came to the line to run their first test of the 2018 National Retriever Club Championship at 10:37 am.

Flyer - Making one loop short of the bird, Babe then went straight to it.

Long - She went out through the cover on an excellent line. Babe pulled up just left of the bird, but she turned right and got it.
